I have spoken to many people (leaders included) about church planting out our way, putting a team together, that sort of thing, but was invariably referred to people who referred me on or got the "that's nice" treatment. Never found enough people local enough to put a team together. Am wary of going solo given the burn outs Ive seen so that leaves me just trying to do what I can to help established churches become more missional and conscious of multiculturalism. My home church is, in fact, a recent plant (18 months old now). Gordon Cheng's home church has also been active with a number of plants in the past few years. My question was, is it enough?
