I wouldn't say "no action" but I would say "not enough". I have spoken to many people (leaders included) about church planting out our way, putting a team together, that sort of thing, but was invariably referred to people who referred me on or got the "that's nice" treatment.

Never found enough people local enough to put a team together. Am wary of going solo given the burn outs Ive seen so that leaves me just trying to do what I can to help established churches become more missional and conscious of multiculturalism.

We have certainly done some. My home church is, in fact, a recent plant (18 months old now). Gordon Cheng's home church has also been active with a number of plants in the past few years.

My question was, is it enough?

I was under the impression the Sydney Anglicans have been quite busy in the area of church planting in the last decade or so?
